    I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. The staff were really helpful and hospitable and the location was ideal to parakai pools & shops. I had lunch in Sparky's Grill, located nearby...

    The bed was not very comfortable here.

    the double room is fashionable with the bedroom as well as comfortable bed. the staff is very very helpful and excellent, as well as host. the place has quiet location in hot tub area.

    The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the tour of the spa center; our modern unit had a private TV, a lovely bedroom, and plenty of space. Friendly staff, modern unit, private TV, lovely bedroom, plenty of space.

    the whole experience was chill out from start to finish, recommend. it was a neighboring hotel which had good service. location: the property was near to gardens and building debris, and auckland and the international airport. also, parakai aquatic park was placed in direct proximity.

    The room I stayed in was brand-new and beautifully designed with a great comfortable bed, 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Location: the hotel was near to St Luke's shopping mall, and liquor store:)))

    had an amazing time during our quiet weekend here, definitely exceeded my previous stay. the spacious room was perfect for our group, and the geothermal mineral spa was a real treat after a day of activities. the staff were super friendly, and we loved the nearby restaurant, the butcher baker.

    private hot pool took too long to fill.

    The location here is fantastic and super convenient! It's just a quick 2-minute walk to the 4 Square, making it easy to get around. We also checked out It's a Wrap for some coffee and snacks, which was a nice little stroll away. ☕️.

    I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. Jacuzzis in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was magnificent and comfy, close enough to takeaway shops and the waterpark and the west coast. The place had a special atmosphere.

    I would totally recommend this place to my family and friends. The rooms are really spacious and clean, especially the showers. The staff is super friendly, and you can park right here. And can I just say, the swimming pool is amazing! 🏊‍♂️
